As a web design business we collect information about you in a number of different ways to support you in the business process, and in each case, we will try to limit the amount of information that we collect to protect your privacy. Where possible, we will allow you to decide how much or how little to share with us.What information we collect
'Identity Data': including your first name, middle names, maiden name, last name, marital status, title, date of birth, photographic identification and gender;
'Contact Data': including your billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone number;
'Financial Data': including your bank account and payment card details;
'Profile Data': including your usernames and passwords, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, feedback and survey responses;
We collect this through our website "contact us" section, or when you call or email us directly.Why we need this information
We need this information to deal with your initial enquiry, and register you on our systems, and begin the initial contact process with you.How long we will keep a copy of this information
We will hold this information when we are actively dealing with and for 36 months afterwards for tax reasons. Please note even if you ask us delete you from our customer database we do legally still need to keep a copy of your contact details for 22 months after the end of that financial year for tax compliance reasons, although we will no longer be in contact with you directly.How we use your personal information
We use the personal information that we have obtained for a number of specific reasons:

- i) maintaining and improving our services; understanding the effectiveness of our advertising and business strategies;

Whilst we do not compel you to provide us with information, if you do not provide us with information it may affect our ability to perform the services to the best of our ability. We recognise that you are sharing confidential information with us, and all information that you provide to us, or we collect about you, is stored on secure servers. We have in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure your information.
Our staff have limited access to your data, and are trained to ensure that it is protected, and kept secure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. We do not store your information for longer than is necessary to provide the service, and to ensure that we have appropriate auditable records for business purposes.Your rights in Law
You have the right to request that we provide you with access to your own personal information, and for us to explain our processing of your personal information. This is known as a subject access request. We may charge a fee for this in some circumstances.
Additionally, you may request that we:
